Exciting News: Eloquii Launches Petites!
At 5’4″ (and a half!) on a good day, I’ve definitely struggled with length and proportions for brands that are made with a taller customer in mind. Eloquii is one of those, and some styles I would have otherwise loved haven’t worked for me without tailoring in the past (and let’s be real – I often go months or years before I actually get around to getting something tailored). So when Eloquii reached out to let me know they were launching petite plus sizes, I was excited to try it out.
To really suss out the new proportions, I went for the ultimate test – a structured denim jumpsuit. I love this style, but it is definitely one where fit matters: The bust, torso, waist, and leg lengths are crucial. So when it arrived and was almost perfectly spot on, I got even more excited about the new Petite line. My only qualm with the fit is that I get tiny “wings” on the side of the arm holes because of my bust size, but it definitely did not take away from the overall effect – I got compliments all day, and I loved the way I felt. I also really appreciate that the legs were cropped to the right length, so I didn’t feel like I *had* to wear heels (because these perforated creepers were definitely more my speed).
Will you be giving Eloquii petites a shot? Have any questions about fit or sizing? Let me know in the comments 🙂
