When the weather gets warm, my first inclination is always to go walk around New York.  I love heading downtown and ambling between shops and coffee houses and galleries, just exploring and browsing without any particular destination.  My outfit for this type of day needs to be cute (never know who you might run into) and walkable.  Fortunately, I just got a package from Simply Be, one of my favorite British plus fashion stores.

I love the high-low contrast on both the denim and the cold shoulder tunic.  The ruffle is right on trend, and I can still wear a regular bra with this top.
