Pardon the grainy nighttime cell phone picture, but I just had to get a shot in front of this exactly-my-height mural while we were out on the town with my BFF in my hometown, Grand Rapids.  I hadn’t been back for a few years before this trip, and I was very surprised at how a once decidedly dead downtown has been resurrected to something pretty nice.  Its no New York (nothing is), but we had a great time bar hopping and checking out all the new spots.
