Presenting my first Canadian OOTD!  On this annual roadtrip to visit family, we decided to drive through Canada and visit Niagara Falls (for the first time since we each were tiny children).  If you’ve never been to Niagara Falls, this picture doesn’t capture how majestic this wonder of nature truly is, but I couldn’t pass up on the requisite touristy picture in front of the falls.

For a warm summer day spent mostly in car, driving through the flat expanses of Ontario, I wanted to wear something light and comfortable.  The neon accents in the Marimekko-esque top complemented the sunbleached ikat of the shorts.  The Gap carries up to size 20 online, and it is definitely worth checking out their frequent end of summer sales to stock up on shorts – they often have fun color and print options that are hard to find in plus.  I appreciate the extended size range, but I wish they’d start carrying it in stores as well (they already go up to a size 18 there, so it wouldn’t be a huge undertaking to add one more size to the floor).   A lot of people don’t even know that the sizes exists, so it would boost sales as well.

What about you?  Have you been to Niagara Falls and/or shopped the Gap lately?  🙂
