New York Fashion Week in February is a very different beast than in September, especially during a winter known for polar vortexes.  When it is 12 degrees outside, the street style scene is a bit sparse.  I wore this to the Kaufman Franco show, but no one saw it because I was too cold to take my coat off the vast majority of the time.  Lesson for next year: Buy a fab coat!

I was happy with the outfit in any event: I love the juxtaposition of the laser cut leather sleeves (from Paris-based plus label OnOz) and the sheer cutouts on the classic pencil skirt.  The subtle holographic rainbow of the flats functioned as the bit of color I needed.
