One of the biggest trends for Pre Fall 2016 is sheer black mesh, as I wrote about in this month’s Plus Model Magazine. This is a trend I’m personally embracing, as it is perfect even the hottest midsummer days, and is so versatile.  Layered over a black bralette and bodycon mini skirt, this sheer mesh tunic makes an otherwise basic club outfit modern and fashionable.  I also decided to go with a perforated creeper instead of a heel for a night out on the Lower East Side.

This high slit tunic also makes a perfect minimal bathing suit coverup.  I wore it with my favorite perforated cutout bikini for the Chromat pool party at Le Bain.  Model Alex LaRosa and I made sure to represent for plus size babes that night 🙂

This is a piece that can easily transition into fall too – layer it over a crop top and skinny leather pants for a night out in cooler temps.
