White leather jackets are the perennial spring layering piece, but I’ve never found myself willing to splurge on one.  This $20 faux leather option from Forever 21 is the perfect way to test the waters without splashing out the cash.  (so many water metaphors!) It comes in black as well, if you are not quite ready for white.
