OOTD: Dark Florals and Lace Up Flats

I’ve been pining after lace up flats for what seems like an eternity now, but none of the pairs in my budget stayed in stock long enough for me to snap one up until now. As soon as I saw these in the Lane Bryant new arrivals, I knew I had to have them.

I don’t usually wear wide width shoes, but these turned out to be a blessing: All of the sleekness of a pointed toe, with none of the dreaded pinky toe pinch. I also love how easily this style can be dressed up or down. I love the fit of this dress, but the pattern and palette could easily read too puritanical, so I made sure to be purposeful with my styling. The lace up flats brought our the boho vibe of this dark floral crepe dress. A wide brim hat with braided trim and an oversized smoky quartz ring completed the look.
