Forever 21 is one of my go-tos for cheap trendy pieces – as long as I don’t go in with any expectation of high quality or durability, I’m never disappointed.  It is great for #tryingthetrend or night out items you probably won’t get many wears out of.  Occasionally a piece I didn’t expect to love ends up getting a lot of wear and holds up well, like the retro-perfect stripy metallic shirt above (only $6 in today’s sale!).  Their prices start out low, so sales make things even more affordable.  And when they occassionally slap an additional percentage off the sale price?  Don’t hesitate, because sizes will sell out fast (as I experienced first hand when my size in this fantastic denim skirt sold out before I completed the purchase *crying emoji*)
