Fashion For Action: Designer Deals & Drinks for a Great Cause

What are you doing next Thursday?  Because if you are in NYC, the only place to be is at Housing Work’s Fashion for Action  party.  This yearly event is where I have found some of my best deals ever, like the brand new in box Opening Ceremony booties I got for $25 (!!!!) last year, or the one of a kind Rafe clutch I got years ago and still wear on a very regular basis.

The deals are so amazing because the designers donate new merchandise directly to Housing Works, and 100% of the proceeds go to the incredibly important work they do to combat homelessness and provide support for LGBT youth in need.  So every dollar you spend is going to feel good, and the amazingly cheap prices just sweeten the deal.  I always head straight to the accessories first, but this year Gwynnie Bee is another one of the donors, so there will be a good selection of plus size clothing to shop too.  The list of designers is bigger than ever this year, so be prepared to find some new favorites.

Get your tickets here to party, sip, and shop with me!
