Tonight! Happy Hour with Gwynnie Bee and Housing Works

You’re invited!  I’m hosting a shopping event for a good cause tonight, and I’d love to see you!  I’m really excited about this, as I get to work with two of my favorite companies: Gwynnie Bee and Housing Works.  If you haven’t had a chance to go to the #gbflatiron Pop Up, it is closing next week, so this is the perfect time to check it out.  You can try on upcoming styles in size 10-32, get signed up for a free trial, and sip rosé.  Also, if you bring a gently used garment to donate to Housing Works, you get a free styling session with me!

I went to the Housing Works distribution center to pick out the shoes for my curated collection, and I was in thrifting heaven.  I got to look through newly donated shoes that haven’t even hit the shops yet, and I was able to put together an amazing selection that would sell out in a hot second for the savvy shoppers that frequent Housing Works’ stores.  The brands range from Adidas to Torrid to ASOS to Sam Edelman to Cole Haan to Tory Burch to Ferragamo to Prada to Saint Laurent to Dior to Valentino, and more!  The prices start at $5, and most of the high end designer options are around $60 (!!!).  The most expensive pair is an amazing strappy pair of Louboutins for $100, and that is the only pair at that price point. If you are not familiar with Housing Works, everything is in amazing condition (they have very high quality standards for what hits the store), and some of the shoes are even brand new, donated directly from the designers (like the Yosi Samra flats and the Jason Wu x Melissa sandals).

I also worked with Housing Works volunteer and jewelry expert Norma to curate my jewelry collection, which has a lovely mix of vintage and modern options, and all under $28!  It took a lot of willpower not to just buy some of these pieces for myself 🙂  All proceeds from both my curated collections go directly to Housing Works’ vital mission, providing HIV resources and aid for homeless youth, so everything you buy is also helping the world.  Win win!

So here are the event details one more time – I hope to see you tonight!
