Some of my favorite dresses are Cynthia Rowley fit and flares. I have this same dress in a different color combo, but I love it so much that when I saw it while shopping in Vegas, I didn’t hesitate to snap up a second. Keep an eye out in your local TJMaxx or Marshall’s for one of your own.  Easy summer dressing at its best.

I added some snakeskin flats for a bit of subtle pattern mixing, and was ready to go.
