Got to attend a screening of THE most body positiv Got to attend a screening of THE most body positive, heartwarming, and hilarious movie I’ve ever seen last night: Empire Waist, directed by @claireayoub starring @mia_kaplan and @mimaisnotreal (in an INCREDIBLE debut screen performance!) It got an extended standing ovation because we were all so blown away. Then there was a talkback moderated by @marawilson, and hearing about the safe space created on set just made me love the movie even more. Congrats to the entire cast and crew for making such an excellent film! This is the movie I wish existed when I was a kid, and I am so happy it’s here now. A++ HIGHLY recommend! In 115 theaters today - you can find one near you at @empirewaistfilm 💕
