I’ve always admired the look of peter pan collar dresses, but I have a hard time finding ones that don’t have a really high neckline (which can create a “wall of boobs” effect – never what I’m going for!).  So when I saw this minty confection at Gwynnie Bee, I had to give it a shot.  I was happy to find I loved it, especially after adding a wide chevron belt to add a bit of my style to the very vintage aesthetic.  I also found a new favorite color combination: Mint + Cobalt.
