OOTD: Downtown Brunch
A couple weeks ago when it was a balmy 49 degrees in NYC, I decided I was taking a break from my big wool coat and wore my favorite leather jacket out to brunch instead. I was actually completely comfortable – until it started drizzling 10 seconds after this picture was taken. So no do-overs to fix the weird hair blowing in my face situation. Sigh. I still had a great brunch date, especially since it was followed by the best chai latte ever (from Aroma). If you like chai at all, you must try it.
Back to the clothes – I heart ASOS Curve swing dresses, and this red leopard number is no different. It is short in the back when belted (and I’m pretty short myself), but it was perfect with leggings.
Red leopard swing dress: ASOS Curve
Stud shoulder faux leather jacket: Jaime by BBDakota (via Gwynnie Bee)
Leggings: Mossimo (Target)
Moto boots: Loft
Handbag: Cole Haan (almost 10 years old now and still looking great – part of the reason I’m such a CH fan)
