There are parties to go to even when it’s snowy out – dresses just require a bit of winterizing. For me, that means thick tights and my moto boots, which are pretty much my only non-galoshes option for the snow right now.

Practicality isn’t always a fashion killer though – I actually prefer the edge the boots give the look, instead of the typical clubby pumps I used to wear with this dress.
