Subzero wind chills and Polar Vortex temps can make anyone long for warmer days. Oddly enough, that warmer weather was the random 60+ degree day NYC had Christmas week. When I saw the forecast, I knew I had to seize the opportunity to wear a skirt with bare legs in December.  I had to get creative to come up with an outfit that made sense for the season and random weather, and ended up finally wearing two items that have languished in my closet since I bought them, each one over a year ago! I loved the end result, as the Jason Wu for Target skirt had the exact shades of bright red and yellow in the flower accents as in my sweater and bag.  Definitely one of those sartorial moments when everything just seems to come together.  Feeling the warm air on my legs for the first time in months completed the outfit happiness.
